Cakes can be purchased by choosing theme and I can make them more general: Jungle Baby, Flower Garden, Nautical, Monkey Business, Little Rocker, Pony Up Cowboy etc., OR they can be completely customized, featuring specific patterns to match mom-to-be's bedding or shower theme.
